Under the Weather Wednesday
I had to go to the Dogtor today. See, I've had a cough for a couple of days, and last night I decided to keep evfurbody awake. All night. I couldn't lay my head down because I would cough and try to get this yucky junk out of my throat. So in retaliation She decided to make Me even more miserable take me to the Dogtor. I have an upper respiratory 'fection. The Dogtor thinks I may have picked it up when I went to boot camp the Doggy Resort when She LEFT me and Seth to go see my human sis. Anyway, I had to get TWO shots, and now I have to take THREE kinds of medicine! On the upside, I get Pill Pockets (yay!) because I refused to take my Trifexis on Sunday and She had to smother it in all sorts of stinky good stuff to get Me to take it. I'm learning lots of cool tricks in Blogville! Mom says I'm a really good patient most of the time, as proven in these adorable pictures of me at the Dogtor. Notice I'm trying to jump up on the torture table all by myself. She says I'm a conundrum. I think that's a good thing. Especially for a Scottie.

Oh dogs sorry to hear your not feeling so hot you should milk it for all it's worth. Use your puppy sad eyes to get extra treats. Get to feeling better!

ReplyDeleteI know, I had one!! I get it every 6 months.The Dogtor said it's kinda like the human flu shot, it doesn't cover all of the different kinds. We did not know that! He said it probably would have been worse if I hadn't had any shot at all. So I guess I'm lucky.
DeleteWhoa dude better do a good job taking them pills to rid of that. Then you need to act miserable to get like.... ummmmmm....ice cream!

I can't resist Pill Pockets. Especially the peanut butter flavor, yummm! She wins. And I'll be sure and work on the ice cream part.
DeleteOh man! Sorry abouts the cough dude!! Wells, those pill pockets are FABulous stuffs!! I love them too! Ma says they're like 'doggie crack'...whatever that means. I can't believes you WANTED to gets on the torture table!!! Wows....I'm too big to go there, so I just try and hide in the corner....doesn't work.

DeleteI go to the dogtor at least once every 25 days. It doesn't scare me anymore.

BOL, bet She doesn't do it again. This has never happened before cuz We always go with Them on trips. But, no doggies at her town home at college. And i did get treats at the Dogtor! And pill pockets!!

Thanks Bentley! The way i figure it, 10 days of pills, 2 times a day, that's TWENTY Pill Pockets. Yippee! Then it's time for Santa Paws! Can't get any better than that!
